Successful PIM Webinar for International Offices

On the 27th of September PIM invited all International Offices specifically and everybody who is interested in PIM to a one hour webinar. Uptake of this event exceeded by far our highest hopes. Over 170 people came to find out more about PIM. Importantly, over 80 % of these knew little to nothing about PIM.
Since we received a number of requests from people who could not attend the webinar, but still wanted to find out more about PIM, we recorded the webinar.
